Lesson Plan – Project Standards and Setup

 ဗိသုကာဆိုင်ရာနဲ့ ဆောက်လုပ်ရေး ဒီဇိုင်းတွေဟာ rule တွေ၊standard တွေကို လိုက်နာမှုရှိရပါမယ်။ ဥပမာ-အမေရိကန်မှာဆိုရင် AIA (American Institute of Architects)လို့ခေါ်တဲ့ အဖွဲ့ကြီးက ဗိသုကာပုံတွေဆွဲရာမှာ (architectural drafting)layer တွေ၊ color တွေ၊ line type တွေ၊ symbol တွေထည့်တာ အားလုံးအတွက် ကျင့်သုံးရမယ့် စည်းကမ်းတွေ(rules)ထုတ်ထားတယ်။ www.aia.org ဆိုတဲ့ website ကို သွားရောက်လေ့လာရင် အကျိုးများပါလိမ့်မယ်။

American Institute of Architecture Students (AIAS) ဆိုတာက ဗိသုကာ ပညာရပ်ကို လေ့လာသင်ယူနေတဲ့ ကျောင်းသားတွေအတွက် ရှာမှီးစရာ ပညာတွေအများကြီးကို ထောက်ပံ့ကူညီပြီး rule and standard တွေပြဌာန်းတဲ့အဖွဲ့ကြီးဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ www.aias.org ဆိုတဲ့ ဆိုဒ်မှာ သွားကြည့်နိုင်ပါတယ်။

မြို့တွေ၊နိုင်ငံတွေများစွာမှာ AIA standard ကိုအခြေခံပြီးတော့ သူတို့ရဲ့ကိုယ်ပိုင် rule တွေ ကိုယ်စီကိုယ်ငှ ရှိကြပါတယ်။ ဒါမှာသာလျှင် planning department တွေကို တင်ပြရတဲ့ drawing တွေကို စစ်ဆေးရာမှာ ပိုမိုလွယ်ကူစေတယ်။ ကျွန်တော်တို့ မြန်မာပြည်က revit တို့၊autocad ၊archicadစတဲ့ software တွေကို လေ့လာသူတွေလည်း ဗဟုသုတရအောင် တင်ပြပေးလိုက်ပါတယ်။ ဒီ rule တွေထဲမှာ drawing စာရွက်တွေကို ဘယ်လို နံပတ်တပ်သင့်တယ်၊ symbol တွေ၊ line type တွေ၊ အရောင်တွေကို ဘယ်လို အသုံးပြုရမယ်ဆိုတဲ့ စည်းကမ်းချက်တွေ သတ်မှတ်ပေးထားပါတယ်။

•         Drawing unit တွေကို ဖော်ပြမယ်၊သူတို့ကို drawing တွေထဲမှာ ဘယ်လို တိုင်းတာရမလဲ

•         Drawing စကေးတွေနဲ့ dimension style တွေကို ဖော်ပြမယ်

•         မတူညီတဲ့ sheet size တွေကို ရှာပြီးတော့ သူတို့ကို နာမည် ဘယ်လိုပေးသင့်သလဲ

•         Title block တွေအကြောင်းနဲ့ title block မှာ များသောအားဖြင့် ထည့်သွင့်ရမယ့် အရာများကို ရှင်းပြမယ်

•         Templates တွေကို ဘာကြောင့်သုံးရသလဲ။ သူတို့ထဲမှာ ကြိုတင် ပြင်ဆင်ထားတဲ့ setting တွေအကြောင်း ရှင်းပြမယ်
